Certified mail is strongly recommended in Round 6, but not every letter must be certified.
For best results:
At least one (1) full set of credit bureau letters must be sent certified
Certified mail is highly recommended for all data furnisher letters
Additional certified mail can only help — not hurt
Certified mail strengthens proof, tracking, and escalation potential.
