I’m buying a home. Do I need to remove items showing “in dispute”?

Yes. If you are already in the process of purchasing a home, any items showing as “in dispute” must be removed from your credit report before closing.

Lenders typically will not finalize a mortgage while disputes are active.

If you inform us that you’re preparing to apply for or close on a home, we can:

  • Guide you on how to properly remove dispute commentary

  • Help you time the process strategically

  • Reduce the risk of unnecessary delays
