If you only received letters addressed to the collection agency or original creditor in Round 4, that means:

• Your package is complete

• You are exactly where you’re supposed to be in the process

• This round is functioning as intended

Members often expect credit bureau letters because they received them in earlier rounds, but Round 4 is different by design.
