The BEST proof of mailing would be a printed or certified receipt from the post office but you can use any of the following:
- A picture of your sealed and stamped envelopes being dropped into a local mailbox
- A certified or printed USPS receipt
- A verbal/written text confirmation stating the exact date that you mailed your disputes off
Any of these will suffice and can be provided via email or text message.
