As part of our unique Smart Credit Algorithm process, we can help you file third-party complaints with the BBB (Better Business Bureau).
As a result, you will receive their responses in your email. Make sure to check your email regularly (including junk/spam) and do the following:
- Create log in details, if necessary;
- Forward those emails to us right away; and
- Send those log in details to us, along with the emails that you're forwarding
It is EXTREMELY important that you forward this information to us in a timely manner so that we can help you reply to any complaint responses right away.
When applicable, it is equally as important to update your password when asked because the link to update your info sometimes expire in as little as 24 hours.
