How often am I updated on Progress?

Members taking advantage of our hands-on support receive monthly (round-by-round) updates on how they're credit is progressing. One round equals 35-45 days. 


So every 30-45 days, our team refreshes your credit monitoring account and updates your report data & scores in the portal. After which, you will receive a text message letting you know that the update has been completed and whether or not a score has decreased or increased. 


If, however, your credit monitoring account is not active when your updates are due, then you will receive a text message requesting that you renew it. You will also be notified if we cannot access your credit monitoring account for any other reason (i.e. password has been changed, account has been locked, etc).  


Of course, if we cannot access your credit monitoring account or your credit monitoring is up for renewal, then we won't be able to give you a progress update.
