What should I do if my dispute letter is returned?

If you receive returned mail from any of your disputes:

  1. Keep the returned envelope - it could be used as leverage later

  2. Notify member support and share a picture of the returned envelope

  3. Do not resend it to the same address unless instructed


We will simply:

  • Identify an alternative address

  • Help you to re-send the dispute in the next round

  • Continue the process without interruption


Returned mail does not disqualify a dispute or stop progress so please don't panic. The show must go on!
