If you receive returned mail from any of your disputes:
Keep the returned envelope - it could be used as leverage later
Notify member support and share a picture of the returned envelope
Do not resend it to the same address unless instructed
We will simply:
Identify an alternative address
Help you to re-send the dispute in the next round
Continue the process without interruption
Returned mail does not disqualify a dispute or stop progress so please don't panic. The show must go on!
