What does “staggering” the letters mean?

Modified on Fri, Dec 26, 2025 at 9:04 PM

Staggering means not mailing all credit bureau letters at once.

Instead, you will:

  • Send one set of bureau letters

  • Wait three (3) days

  • Send the second set

  • Wait three (3) more days

  • Send the third and final set

All letters go to the same bureau addresses — only the timing and some of the verbiage changes.

This staggered timing is intentional and critical to the effectiveness of the strategy.
