Dispute results received from the credit bureaus are not necessary to forward to us. We'll see all credit bureau updates once we process your monthly update online.
However, for any other correspondences received from credit bureaus (ie, stall letters and/or notices), we do want you to share those with us.
Please use the CamScanner app to simply scan all pages into a single PDF file and email it to support@diycreditclinic.com or upload it directly to your secure member portal.
Once received, we'll promptly process your documents and send you confirmation of receipt.
Additionally, if you receive any emails related to disputes, please forward them to the same support email as well. This ensures that all communication regarding your credit repair efforts is centralized, making it easier for us to assist you effectively.
It's important to share documentation and emails in a timely manner, as some responses are very time-sensitive.
By promptly submitting your correspondence, you ensure that we can help address any issues efficiently and maximize the effectiveness of your credit repair efforts.
