How often does my case get updated?

A round is equivalent to 35-45 days. Our team refreshes your credit monitoring account and updates your scores in the portal. After which, you will receive a text message letting you know that the update has been completed.

However, if your credit monitoring account is not active, you will also receive a text message requesting you to renew your account. You will also be notified if we cannot access your credit monitoring account (i.e. password has been changed, account has been locked, etc).

Of course, if we cannot access your credit monitoring account or your credit monitoring is up for renewal, then we won't be able to update your case.

After some time, your account will be placed on temporary administrative suspension. Should you fail to renew your credit monitoring account by the time your next update rolls in, your account will be at risk of administrative cancellation.
